What happens
I sit down with you, connect a read-only view of your QuickBooks, and run the invoice chasing workflow on your actual open invoices. We look at the output together. Then I write you a two-page report:
- Total currently overdue, broken out by age
- Your real average days to payment, not your stated terms
- Your five worst accounts and what is going on with each
- What a chase system would realistically recover in 90 days
- Whether you should hire me, and if not, what you should do instead
The report is yours to keep regardless. If you book an install within 30 days, the $350 comes off the price.
