These terms cover your use of this website and the services Salt Lake Back Office provides. Please read them.
Who provides the service
Salt Lake Back Office is operated by David Van Wagoner, a Utah sole proprietor. References to Salt Lake Back Office, I, or me in these terms mean David Van Wagoner.
What this service is
Salt Lake Back Office installs and configures AI back office workflows on your own computer and accounts, tunes them to your business, and trains you to run them. Specific deliverables and fees are set out in a written agreement for each engagement.
What this service is not
Salt Lake Back Office is not a bookkeeping, accounting, legal, tax, or collections service, and nothing here should be read as bookkeeping, accounting, legal, or tax advice. I do not keep your books, file your taxes, or pursue collections on your behalf. When you need those, I will refer you to someone who does them.
Your responsibilities
You own and pay for your own software subscriptions and account connections. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every message before it is sent to your customers. You agree to give accurate information so the work is set up correctly.
Fees
The Receivables Audit is $350. If you book an install within 30 days of the audit, the audit fee is credited toward that install. Install fees and optional monthly Care fees are set out in your written agreement. Care can be cancelled at any time with no notice period.
No guarantee of results
I will tell you honestly what a system is likely to do, but I cannot guarantee a specific amount of recovered revenue or any particular financial outcome. Results depend on your accounts, your customers, and how the system is used.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Salt Lake Back Office is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost revenue, arising out of the services or this website. My total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid me for the specific engagement that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
Independence
Independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Anthropic. Claude and Claude for Small Business are products of Anthropic PBC.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
Changes
If these terms change, I will update the date at the top of this page.
