The monthly plan, named plainly
Care is optional. Here is exactly what it is, so you can decide whether it earns its keep. Most clients decide it does.
What Care actually is
A standing tune-up
Once a month we get on a call, look at what the system actually did, and adjust it to how your business changed. Templates, terms, the accounts that moved.
Someone watching for drift
I read the outputs so you do not have to. When a reminder starts going to the wrong account or a number looks off, I catch it before it reaches your customer.
The next workflow, on a schedule
One new automation each quarter. Chasing this month, scheduling next, the monthly close after that. The system grows without you running a project.
Someone to text when it breaks
Priority support, and a named response window at the higher tiers. When something stops on a Tuesday, you have a person, not a ticket.
It is not a lock-in
Care is optional at the first two tiers, and you can cancel any time with no notice period and no clawback. That is the whole point of the training: you can leave. Most clients stay because the system keeps earning its keep, not because they are stuck. Pay a year up front and two months are free.
What it costs
Care runs $300 a month with Get Paid, $750 with Back Office, and $1,500 with Fractional AI Ops, where it is included. Each tier's Care matches the workflows it covers.
Keep your AI person on call
It starts with an install. Book a Receivables Audit and we will find the work worth doing first.
