How the install actually goes

Before we start

You fill out a short intake form: what tools you run, what your terms are, who chases now, how you want the reminders to sound, and your five worst accounts. I send you a one-page note on security before you sign anything.

  1. Day 1: install, two to three hours, at your place

We install the Claude desktop app and the Small Business plugin on your computer. We connect QuickBooks and your payment processor. We walk through the setup questions together, because the answers are about your business and I am not going to guess them. Then we run the invoice chase on your real data and read the output together.

  2. Days 2 to 5: tuning, on my time

I write your reminder templates. I build the escalation ladder around your terms. I write your runbook. I dry-run the whole sequence so the first thing you see is not the first thing that breaks.

  3. Day 7: training, two hours, at your place

You drive. I sit next to you and shut up. You run it end to end without me touching your keyboard. If you cannot do it alone at the end of that session, we are not finished and I come back.

  4. Day 30: the check-in

We look at what actually got collected. That is the number that matters and it is the only one I am going to ask you to judge me on.

On security, plainly

Everything runs on your computer, under your subscriptions, on your accounts. I do not host your data. I do not store your books. I never hold your banking or payroll credentials, and if anyone in this business asks you for those, that is your signal to walk. You sign a one-page authorization before I touch any financial connector, and you can revoke every connection yourself in about two minutes.

Start with the audit

Ninety minutes on your real numbers, a written report either way, and the fee credited toward your install.
