Who this is for

This works well for you if

You sell to other businesses on terms. Wholesale accounts, catering contracts, retainers, purchase orders.
You have at least 15 open invoices at any given time
You are on QuickBooks Online
Somebody in your building personally chases payments, and that somebody is probably you
You have between 10 and 60 people and no full-time controller

Wholesale coffee roasters, bakeries, and food producers

Caterers and event companies

Contractors and trades

Agencies, studios, and consultancies

Wholesalers and distributors

Clinics, practices, and professional services

Print shops and equipment service companies

You are a retail or walk-in business where customers pay on the spot. There is nothing to chase and I am not going to sell you something you do not need. If you run a register and a wholesale side, we only work the wholesale side.
Your books are months behind. Get a bookkeeper current first. I will give you names, and I will still be here after.
You want somebody to hold your logins and handle it. That is not what this is and you should be suspicious of anyone offering it.
You are on desktop QuickBooks only.
