Questions, answered honestly
Can I just do this myself?
Yes, honestly. The plugin is free with a Claude subscription and Anthropic publishes a free course on it. If you have a weekend, decent patience, and somebody in the office who likes software, do it yourself. Most owners have none of those three, and that is the entire reason I have a business.
What am I paying for, then?
Someone who has already made every mistake in the setup. Templates written in your voice instead of a robot's. An escalation ladder built around your actual terms. And training that ends with you running it, not watching me run it.
Do you get access to my bank accounts?
No. Never. Everything runs on your machine under your own accounts. I do not hold credentials and I do not store your financial data. You revoke my involvement by closing a laptop.
What if a reminder goes to my best customer and it is rude?
It will not, because you approve every template before anything sends, and for the first 60 days nothing sends without a human looking at it. Your tone, your call.
How much money will this actually recover?
I do not know yet and neither does anyone who quotes you a number before looking at your books. That is what the audit is for. You will get a real figure based on your real aging report, in writing, before you spend anything on an install.
What happens if Anthropic changes the product?
Then I rebuild your workflows on whatever replaces it, and that is included in your monthly plan. What you are buying is a working back office, not one specific piece of software.
Do I have to keep paying you monthly?
No, not at the first two tiers. That is the point of the training hours. Plenty of clients run it themselves after the install and call me when they want to add something. Cancel any time, no notice period, no clawback.
Are you an Anthropic partner?
No. I am independent. I build on their product the same way a contractor builds with a particular brand of lumber.
How fast can you start?
Audit within a week, usually. Install about two weeks after that. I take a limited number of installs at a time because they are done in person.
Do you work outside Salt Lake City?
The install is better in person, so Wasatch Front first. If you are elsewhere in Utah or the Mountain West, ask me and we will figure out whether remote works for your setup.
Still have a question?
Email me a question and I will answer it straight, or book the audit and we will look at your real numbers.
